Josef Timlichman
Josef Timlichman is the founder of Josef Timlichman Law, which he opened in 2016. A cum laude graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law and a former member of its International Law Review, he externed with United States Magistrate Judge John O'Sullivan and with the Economic Crimes Unit in the Southern District of Florida.
His practice spans first-party home insurance claims and personal injury litigation alongside a broad real estate and transactional practice — development, financing, closings, zoning and land use, and partnership and shareholder matters. As a solo attorney, he works with every client directly from start to finish.
